Draft pending legal review
This document reflects how TrustShot is built and operated, and is being reviewed by counsel before general availability. Highlighted items are details still to be confirmed. Questions: contact@trustshot.in
1.Whose page you are on
Each Trust Center on TrustShot is published by the company named on it (the “Publisher”). The Publisher decides its content and who may see restricted documents, and is responsible for its accuracy. TrustShot hosts the page and does not verify the Publisher’s claims.
2.Requesting restricted documents
- You must use your own work email address and verify it with a one-time code.
- The Publisher may require you to accept a non-disclosure agreement. That agreement is between you (and your organisation) and the Publisher.
- Access may be time-limited, and the Publisher can revoke it at any time.
- Documents are shown with a watermark identifying you, and each view is logged and visible to the Publisher.
3.How you may use documents
Use restricted documents only to evaluate the Publisher as a supplier or partner, keep them confidential, and do not copy, screenshot, redistribute or attempt to remove the watermark except as the Publisher permits in writing.
4.Your personal data
The Publisher is the Data Fiduciary for the details you provide when requesting access and for the access log. TrustShot processes them on the Publisher’s behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. To exercise your rights, contact the Publisher using the privacy or grievance contact on its Trust Center. If you cannot reach it, email contact@trustshot.in and we will pass your request on.
5.No warranty from TrustShot
Documents and statements on a Trust Center are provided by the Publisher. To the extent the law allows, TrustShot gives no warranty about them and is not liable for decisions you make relying on them.
